The process starts with clarifying your vision and translating that into an executable strategy for your ministry. Before you decide what you need for a tool (building), you must first be absolutely clear as to the job you are trying to perform (ministry).
Put simply, your building affects your ministry; present, and future. Before we create the space that will dictate the direction of your church, we first need to establish what that direction should be. Your designer should understand your vision thoroughly.
Then, if it is not already, your ministry actions should be aligned with ministry goals during the building process. Your completed building project then becomes the natural launch point of a refined ministry.
