As your Construction Administrator we come alongside you to make sure your project remains on time, on budget, and at the promised level of quality.  We act as your agent during this process writing contracts, sub-contracting work, and handling the unexpected so you can continue to focus on your ministry.  All financial records are completely open-book, and any savings generated throughout the process are entirely yours to keep for your ministry.  We welcome your input at every point in the process.  This is your project.
