Fully Developed Game Plan – The Trinity team is committed to developing a Strategic Master Plan (SMP) that insures that the church’s vision, needs and resources are incorporated into a realistic plan that can be successfully achieved, rather than pie in the sky that will never get off the drawing board. Trinity helps the church to translate its vision for ministry and growth into a multi-phased facility master plan, with every phase being fully developed to insure what is built first works well with all future phases.  Trinity also helps the church to develop a comprehensive, realistic plan for getting financing, raising capital and getting denominational/associational support (when available).

Financing and Funding Assistance – The Trinity team is committed to doing what it takes to make sure the resources are put into place to enable the church to successfully move forward.  Trinity works along side the church in meeting with financial institutions and denominational agencies as well as executing the strategy for raising capital.

Church Representation throughout entire Process – The Trinity team is committed to seeing the project through to the end and making sure that the church is served well throughout the process.  The combination of ministry, design and construction experience enables the Trinity team to provide a high level of leadership and accountability in every aspect of the project.

Team Approach – The Trinity team knows that the only way the church will be served well is for the church, design and construction teams to work together as one, with the common goal of completing the project on budget, on time and at a high level of quality.  Trinity has a proven system and track record for doing just that, allowing the church to be involved in the critical discussions and decisions that impact the project.

Maximized Value to the Church – The Trinity approach of all teams working together as one, creates an atmosphere of transparency that enables the team to thoroughly explore every aspect of the project and to determine the best materials and methods, based upon the church’s priorities, maximizing every dollar.

All Fees, Timelines and Costs Established Up Front – The Trinity philosophy is that you should know what you are committing to up front before you make a decision. This is accomplished through a no obligation Game Plan Session (GPS) where all the steps of the process for your particular project are laid out in a timeline, with all costs associated with those steps spelled out.

Commit to One Step at a Time – The Trinity philosophy is that you should also only commit to what you need, when you need it.  Rather than committing to the entire plan, design, build process, you only commit to one step at a time and move to the next step when you are ready.
