Horton Haven Christian Camp is a not-for-profit ministry located in Middle Tennessee. Our ministry provides a summer camp experience for children and teens, as well as a retreat facility for guest church groups during the non summer months. Our latest capital project is a chapel building where we will conduct worship services with our campers morning and evening during their week of camp, and a place for our guest groups to meet for worship. The requirements for this structure are unique. We wanted a building to seat approximately 225 people that was attractive while fitting in with the rustic setting of the existing facility. We contacted the Trinity Design Group and worked with them to create a conceptual design of the project. Form the initial conversation about what we needed to the estimate cost, our experience of working the Trinity Design Group was very positive. The individuals that we worked with were professional, listened to our needs, and were willing to work with us to find a plan that fit our particular situation. The finish product gave us a beautiful design that we feel will fit our needs, and a budget that lets us plan accordingly. It also provides for the possibility for future expansion. We are currently in the process of getting permits approved and will construct the building as soon as possible. The value of the help we received from Trinity Design Group can not be measured, and it was a privilege to work with them.
