A church that had a budget of 2 million, received plans from another company that called for a first phase of 5 million dollars. Our team was called in to help reevaluate their situation. Within six weeks, we developed a Master Plan that met their first phase goals and their budget. Currently under construction, this first phase building will be a 500 seat sanctuary that will be easily expanded to 700 with the completion of a balcony. Careful study of their existing facility showed that they had enough square footage that could be re-delegated to provide all of their educational needs to support the 700 capacity sanctuary. The site is fully developed to one day construct the other half of the sanctuary to provide for a capacity of 1,200. Another major concern for the church was to tie all the buildings together with a singular style of architecture, because all previous construction additions showed the time period they were completed. A circulation corridor across the front was the solution which updated the entire facility as well as provided much needed space for everyone to travel to the new sanctuary.
